OQERA was founded by Aqeel Merchant and Moosa Khan, two people whose fragrance instincts, by most measures, had no reason to agree.

One gravitated toward structure—leather, smoke and dark timber. The other moved through warmth: oud, amber and the kind of dry-down that settles slowly and stays.
